The government restarts the Arctic projects and continue the construction of at least five ice-breakers to develop the Northern sea route. This was stated by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. The experts support the need for investment in the Arctic, but note the extreme costs of Northern projects and doubt in economic feasibility.
