Pervomai in Sweden: police record isolated cases of violations
This year, the coronavirus pandemic has forced many people in the world to celebrate their favorite May holidays in self-isolation. Sweden was no exception. Swedish police report everywhere about the very calm situation of the First May this year. This was reported on May 1 by the Swedish news service Sveriges Radio. For example, in Uppsala, located in central Sweden, law enforcement guards describe May 1 as a historically calm day. Many law-abiding Swedes sit at home and do not create clusters of people with mass celebrations. However, the police record some isolated violations. It is mainly about organizing private parties by young people. For example, in Karlstad, police officers managed to disrupt one of these parties. On their official website, the police reported that at the party the average age of the participants was low, but the level of alcohol in the blood of the detainees was very high. As a result, six young people aged 14 were taken home to their parents
