The creators of Valorant announced the first series of e-sports tournaments

Riot Games has announced a series of e-sports tournaments for the Valorant competitive shooter. This was reported on June 16 on the official website of the company. Representatives of 20 professional e-sports organizations from around the world will take part in the Valorant Ignition Series. The first tournaments in the series (RAGE VALORANT JAPAN Invitational and G2 Esports Invitational) will be held from June 19 to 21, 2020. Recall that Valorant is a tactical competitive shooter from Riot Games, the authors of League of Legends. Gamers call it a blend of Counter Strike with Overwatch.
