Montenegro: turnout by 17:00 was 68.4%


According to the Center for Monitoring and Research (CEMI) in Montenegro, 68.4% of voters voted in parliamentary elections by 17:00, which is 7.2% more than in 2016. At the moment, the team of lawyers of the center has received more than 400 reports of violations, which is much more than in previous years. In Podgorica, 70.9% of voters exercised their right to vote, in the northern region 63.9%, and in the south 69.6%. 540,026 citizens have the right to vote in Montenegro. The plots opened at 7:00 and will work until 20:00
